Torch cleaning is for cleaning the defect and oxide layer of blank surface, using the heat produced by oxygen-fuel gas thermo chemical reaction to process the material surface. As the steel factory demands become stricter, torch cleaning has been given increasing attention. The torch cleaning gun is the necessary tool for processing blank surface defect in all the steel factories.
The QL series torch cleaning gun manufactured by our factory has the advantages of light weight, safe, reliable and convenient operation etc, and it's well received by the majority of users. While using our QL series torch cleaning gun, firstly keeping the cleaning nozzle to align the processing point, then putting the ignition wire on the torch and heating it to burning temperature, it will begin work when pressing down the handle. The cleaning width is approx. 40mm, depth is 2~10mm, it can be controlled according to cleaning gun moving speed and oxygen pressure.
