Stainless steel cutting

Under the situation of enlarging the stainless steel market, the stainless steel cutting equipment requirement is arising. As the stainless steel has abundance alloy component (ex. Chromium, Nickel etc.), it will produce a layer of high-melting point filam on the stainless steel when cutting and block the metal contact with the high speed oxygen flow and block the flaming of the next metal layer to cause the cutting abnormal.
Our factory produces a series of the stainless steel torch cutting equipment according to the market requirement. We use the iron powder as the hydrotropy agent and let it continuously flow into the cutting area in the cutting process, the iron powder has a rampant oxidation and release a lot of heat energy to increase the slag liquidity and complete the cutting.
We have BSG series stainless steel emergency cutting torch, XPF and XCPF series powder device etc. Among which the BSG stainless steel emergency cutting torch got the patent in China on June, 2003. The XCPF series powder device has been used in many steel factories' caster line and earns a good impression, the BSG stainless steel emergency cutting torch has been used spread all the steel factory in China.


BSG stainless steel emergency cutting torch Length: 1M, 1.5M, 2M, 2.5M etc. Equipped cutting nozzle: SG-40S emergency cutting nozzle This cutting torch equipped with powder device, the cutting thickness could be reached 300mm		The SG-RJ arc flame stainless steel emergency cutting torch could special use in round billet stainless steel cutting.

BSZ3 stainless steel cutting torch Equipped cutting nozzle: Z3 cutting nozzle or GK3 high-speed cutting nozzle usually used in the manual cutting the stainless steel slab, round billet, beam blank, etc. The cutting thickness could be reached 180mm.		XCPF powder device This device is the special device for the stainless steel and high alloy steel cutting line, it has been widely used in the billet caster line. It has the advantage of compaction structure, easy installation. It could be especially used in the old equipment modification.

CPF11 powder device This device is the movable powder device and usually used in stainless steel and high alloy steel slab cutting and emergency cutting and it could be also use in other situation manual powder cutting torch.		PFCG1-75 semi-automatic stainless steel cutting trolley It add a set of iron powder device on the CG1-75 semi-automatic, equipped with the 500F heavy type cutting torch and cutting torch operating system, it could be used in various of off-line stainless steel and high alloy steel cutting.
