Since the machine installation was started from Sep 15, 2009, all the individual equipments installation work was done till Oct 26 and the EIC system pipes installation work was started at the same time, from the individual equipments commissioning began on Oct 27 to successful hot commissioning on Nov 2, it only cost 6 days, and this high efficiency is the first time in our commissioning experience. From Nov 3 to 7, 2003, there were 6 times continuous casting and more than 100 furnaces, all the equipments were running well. The secondary cooling system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and EIC system were running stably, the product is of good quality, which reached the expected result of design and manufacture, we satisfy this machine.
