    While researching & developing this machine, Xingzhong factory improved GEGA’s weakness, the synchronism and stability of this machine is better than imported 1#, 3# and 4# machine from GEGA.
    Because the synchronism and stability of cutting machine has been improved, the cutting speed also has been improved, the cutting slot was reduced from 8mm to 2mm. Take reducing 3mm when cutting one piece for example, it can save approx. 400 t metal consumption each year.
    The BG series slab torch cutting researched & developed by Xinzhong can adopt imported parts, so it simplified parts management and it’s helpful for localizing parts of cutting machine.

　In view of above mentioned facts, we think the BG series slab torch cutting machine researched & developed by Xinzhong is successful, and it’s reliable while running. We already sent the replaced machine to Xinzhong for modification, and it will be installed in 4# machine position, the old 4 # machine is being fixed in Xinzhong factory. We will ask Xinzhong to supply one more BG cutting machine which will be used for 1# and 3# machine position.
