Continuous casting slab TCM is the main equipment of slab continuous casting production line, its function is cutting the solidified and straightened slab to required length.

The BGB series caster slab TCM designed and manufactured by Shanghai Xinzhong, It has occupied more than 80% of domestic market share as its great performance, good quality and best service.

According to the usage, slab TCM can be divided to first cutting machine which is synchronously running with slab and secondary cutting machine which is used for positioning cutting. Main parameters are as following:

Main features of Xinzhong BGB slab TCM：
Ⅰ Special design of integral water cooling big car body, which extended the TCM life time under long term high working temperature
Ⅱ New design of double stroke air cylinder, it can ensure the stability of TCM synchronous running
Ⅲ Excellent water cooling system design: ① It adopts cooling water overflowing for reducing pressure while there is high pressure, which can avoid equipments welding seam crack. ② Automatic alarm while cooling water broken off to avoid TCM dangerous cutting without water
Ⅳ Active lifting system design of cutting torch, manual or hand point control, which can ensure activity and reliability of cutting torch length.

  ① Using XINZHONG special KF series inner coating high efficiency quick cutting nozzle, which is of quicker cutting speed, narrower cutting seam and longer life time
  ② Using international famous brand proximity switch, encoder, solenoid and other components to improve the machine performance.
  ③ Using infrared TV camera to measure cutting length, which improved length measuring accuracy.
