① The height from cutting nozzle to ground can be adjusted, it can cut different kinds and specification profile steel.
② Because the cutting thickness of profile steel section is of big difference, its energy medium system has been designed with two kinds of gas pressure control, which can adjust gas to high pressure and low pressure, also can be converted automatically.
③ Using AC frequency cutting speed adjusting system, it can set and adjust the cutting torch running speed based on specification, steel grade, temperature and other technical parameters.
④ The car body structure is of various types, such as double column fixed cantilever type, single column fixed cantilever type, single rotating cantilever and other special type, it also can be designed according to customer detail situation.
2、Hot rolling wide and thick plate NC TCM
Hot rolling wide and thick plate NC cutting machine
is indispensable key equipment of hot rolling wide and thick plate
production line, its function is scrap head cutting, scrap edge cutting,
scrap edge breaking off cutting, scrap end cutting, sampling cutting
and cut-to-length cutting on long (Max.30m)wide and thick plate after
hot rolling.

Main features of ZNG serious hot rolling wide and thick plate NC TCM：
① Quick and continuous scanning function. The TCM is equipped with high speed industrial camera which can scan the plate outline quickly and continuously, compared with laser polygonal lattice scanning, it's of higher accuracy and quicker speed, it can ensure the displayed plate steel outline on the screen is completely same with plate actual outline. This technology has got country patent.
② Servo speed adjusting function. It adopts servo speed adjusting method to control the cutting machine walking system and cutting torch walking system, which ensured cut-to-length accuracy and increased one order of magnitude than continuous casting product TCM.
③ Automatic cutting function. The TCM PLC system has functions as automatic feeding, automatic cutting, automatic sampling, automatic cutting scrap edge, scrap edge automatic breaking off and so on.
④ Cutting oxygen three class pressure automatic converting function. While automatic sampling, it can adjust oxygen supply pressure automatically according to different sampling position to ensure the punching function of cutting nozzle.
⑤ Steel plate size temperature making up function. When the plate temperature is higher than room temperature, system will detect the plate actual temperature and making up the temperature for plate size to ensure the cold plate size accuracy after hot plate cutting.
⑥ Friendly operating function. Cutting machine has closed operating room with air condition
